Shipping Rules

Products out of stock and special products (customized) will not be produced/shipped before their final payment.
Orders that will be paid via bank transfer will be sent only after their final payment.
Orders will remain in our store or courier hub or at the cooperating shipping company hub (depending on the shipping method you have chosen) for 5 working days from the date of the first notification for delivery of your order.
Collections from our stores are made during the opening hours listed on the website www.irios.gr, except public holidays.
During the collection of your order, you must check for any damages to the packaging and products in the presence of the transport / courier employee or at the store (depending on your shipping choice). In case of damage to the product, refuse to pick up the parcel and ask the transport / courier or store employee to return the parcel back to us. Contact us on the same day to be informed about your next procedures. In the event that there is no information from the customer on the same day, the COMPANY is not responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
After leaving from the store or from the transport / courier employee, the COMPANY will not accept any liability for any damages caused during the transportation.
The customer must return all the products of the order, together with all the packaging materials and accessories of the products in case that they do not wish to keep the product due to damages created during transportation.
Delivery of the products takes place on the sidewalk / ground floor of your pick-up address or in the area of transport / courier hub or in our store (depending on the shipping method you have chosen).

Delivery Time

Within Attica: Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 working days in the area of Attica for the products in stock and for accessible areas * (as defined by the cooperating transport company).
Other areas within Greece: Orders are usually delivered in 2-5 business days in other areas within Greece for products in stock and for accessible areas * (as defined by the cooperating transport company).
Countries within Europe: Orders are usually delivered in 3-12 business days by courier to countries within Europe for products in stock. Bulky orders in boxes or pallets with trucks and / or ships are usually delivered in 7-21 business days. For more information, please contact us.
Countries outside of Europe: Orders are usually delivered in 4-16 working days by courier to countries outside of Europe for products in stock. Bulky orders in boxes or pallets with trucks and / or ships are usually delivered in 10-30 working days. For more information, please contact us.

Charges

Within Greece: For all orders above 49 euros and up to 4kg, the shipping is free. For orders less than 49 euros, the minimum charge is 3.90 euros for parcels up to 4 kg by courier or up to 10 kg by transport operator. For cash on delivery payment option customers should pay extra 1.5 euros per order. For inaccessible areas / islands the cost varies depending on the delivery area and the weight. Countries within Europe: The minimum charge is 28 euros for parcels up to 4 kg by courier or up to 10 kg by transport operators. For inaccessible areas / islands the cost varies depending on the country and the weight. For more information, please contact us.
